Delete your Rela account

You can request deletion of your Rela account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to tuki@userela.com with the subject line Delete my Rela account.

To help us find the correct account, include the email address you use with Rela or mention whether you signed in with Apple or Google.

If you no longer have access to that email address, include enough detail for us to identify your account safely, such as your most recent sign-in method and approximate account creation date.

What will be deleted

  • Your Rela account profile and sign-in association
  • Measurement history and synced forest measurement data associated with your account
  • Cloud-stored videos and related analysis data associated with your account

How to cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, so they must be cancelled in your store account settings.

  • On iPhone: open App Store, tap your profile, then open subscriptions
  • On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then open payments and subscriptions

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment-related obligations.

Active subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so you must cancel it in your store account settings.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process deletion requests without undue delay after verifying the request.
